Mr Cimy George

Mr Cimy George taken over Charnwood house Nursing home in Feb 2022 and has been since leading its day-to-day operations along with an experienced and dedicated team. Cimy George inspires and leads the home's diligent team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Drawing on his unique wealth of experience in Medical and Surgical Nursing and managing health care teams across various disciplines spanning more than 20 years, he ensures that each of our residents is provided excellent nursing and residential care. Caring for humanity and kindness runs in his blood, and as an internationally trained nurse, he is always willing to go that extra mile to afford the special feel to our residents that they live the best part of their lives here. His service is available 24/7. He worked for more than 10 years in Acute hospital settings and also with Bupa Care Homes at a Management level. He also has experience in domiciliary care management. His vast care experience is an asset to Charnwood Nursing Home.

Mr. Santhosh Nainan

Mr. Santhosh Nainan has been working as a Registered Manager at Charnwood House, Since July 12, 2021, where he served as a home manager for 4.5 years. Santhosh puts a lot of effort into his work and shows a lot of compassion for the residents. He is an excellent leader and manager, who consistently gets the support of the team. He is registered with Social Work England (Master of Social Work) and has earned the Dementia Leadership Award.

He also completed various trainings such as Safeguarding Level 3, MCA/DoLS Level 3. Syringe Driver (theory), Catheterization (theory), Medication Management, Sepsis/NEWS2, Restore 2, Venepuncture, Flu Vaccination, Pressure Sore Prevention / Wound Care Formulary, Diabetes and Insulin Management, Wheelchair safety, bedrail safety, Parkinson's, stroke, epilepsy, Level 2 Specialist Award in Basic Clinical Observations, Care Certificate Assessor, Communication, Mental Health Matters, Legionella Awareness Level 2 Award, Information governance, Stage 2 Award in GDPR, Level 4 Fire Training for Managers, Level 3 Award in the Role of Fire Marshall, Record-keeping, risk assessment, person-centered care, level 2 specialist award in care planning, dignity and respect, equality and diversity, well- being, oral health, malnutrition, dysphagia, end-of-life planning, challenging behaviour, COSHH, level 2 core award in moving, assisting, and hoisting, and up- to-date certification for all required training
